Locally, Harlon offers a comprehensive, trouble-free management service, together with residential sales and lettings. Supported by top architect firms, professional legal and financial advisors, Harlon Management Services Limited is a firm accredited by The National Approved Letting Scheme - a Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service.

'Harlon Overseas Properties' was launched in November 2002, supported by well-travelled staff, who are experienced in overseas property sales and members of the National Association of Estate Agents, to ensure the security of clients' property investment. During its first eighteen months of business, Harlon conducted an intensive research and established collaboration agreements with responsible and reliable partners overseas. Harlon is backed by international Architect and Legal firms, both at home and abroad.

At the higher end of the market, Harlon has under development an up-market product , Prime Properties Overseas, offering exclusive residential homes in prime locations worldwide such as 'Ta'Pespes' in Malta where Brad Pitt resided for three months while shooting the blockbuster 'Troy' (The Telegraph April 2004).

On the commercial side, Harlon are actively seeking investors for hotels and large commercial projects, such as tourist resorts in Madeira, yacht marinas along the Adriatic coast of Italy, and ski resorts in various locations.
