Villa Allure

The Villa Allure development offers the opportunity to purchase a large and luxurious duplex apartment, consisting of two floors each measuring 75 square metres. With a total floor area of 150 square metres, these generously sized apartments are at the top of the second homes market. But this is not simply about space. Only the finest quality materials and fittings will be used .throughout the apartments to ensure that they are completed to the highest possible standards. How would you like a comfortable, spacious living room, a dining room, 'a kitchen' and a bathroom on the 1st level; with three bedrooms - one very large bedroom (with an optional en suite shower room) and two further bedrooms - and a bathroom on the 2nd level? ' There is also a useful storage room on the second level, which can easily be converted for use as an en suite shower room for one of the other bedrooms'. Because of their quality, many owners live in their apartments on a permanent, or semi-permanent, basis. There is nothing to prevent such permanent use. Use of the apartments for business purposes is also perfectly feasible and many companies offer use of their apartment as an incentive for clients, or to reward exceptional performance by employees.

The Villa Allure project - a mix of Gothic and Mediterranean architecture - consists of a total of sixteen apartments located within four free-standing buildings. Each apartment offers a view of the Mediterranean Sea and can be reached via a separate entrance to ensure that your privacy is guaranteed.

A swimming pool will be centrally located between the four buildings, for the sole use of the residents. The apartments will be fully fitted and will have fully-equipped kitchens. This will fit perfectly with the aims of this project: to give you optimal and carefree residential enjoyment.


Location

The Villa Allure apartments are built in a beautiful location in Side - on top of a hill - at a convenient distance of 450 metres from the beach and bordering on a nature reserve. In the neighbouring district the population is a mix of local Turkish people and tourists. As a result, your apartment is not just one of many identical examples in a boring tourist resort, but is integrated into Turkey itself.

Side is a popular, good-sized coastal town with beautiful wide beaches stretching for miles. The Romans long ago learned to appreciate the location of this town, since it was their home for many years. The history of their presence is still very much visible in the famous archaeological ruins of their ancient structures.

In the convenient and comfortable commercial centre of Side - situated on a peninsula 1.5 kilometres from Villa Allure - every facility is available for a fabulous stay. In Side you will find a wide range of bars, hotels, restaurants and disco's. You do not have to worry about getting bored: there are various horse riding schools in the immediate area; tennis players are well catered for; and golfers can visit an 18-hole course just 20 kilometres away. Prefer rafting? It is possible to try it here to see if you like it, as also are water skiing and parascending Just 1.5 kilometres from Villa Allure, there are two very good private hospitals. Even a stroll through the woods or some jogging are possible in nearby Sorgun forest, which can be reached directly from your apartment. The larger cities are just a stone's throw away; Manavgat (75,000 inhabitants) with its unique waterfall (six kilometres); and of course Alanya can also be easily reached from Side.

There are many regular, direct charter flights departing from all Western European airports to the airport of Antalya. The distance between this airport and Side is approximately 50 kilometres, mostly via highways with four lanes. Every half hour a bus departs from the main road outside the airport to the bus station in Side (and vice versa). The travelling time is approximately one hour.


Buying real estate in Turkey

Buying real estate in a foreign country always appears to be an adventure, governed by different rules. This uncertainty is reduced to a minimum when the developer/ contractor/seller is the well-established construction company Intermer Ltd., which has been building and selling various high quality residential properties since 1989.
