Tenancy Agreement

A comprehensive tenancy agreement is available free of charge to new clients.

References

Three references will be collected in most cases. These will be an insurance requirement if the landlord insures for rent protection.

Letters

Letters requesting permission and advising of the potential rental of a property will be sent to the Landlord’s Freeholder, Mortgage Lender and Insurer, if requested by the Landlord.

Deposit

Tenants’ deposits will be held in a Client Account until authority is received from Landlord and Tenant to release the deposit.

Rent Collection

This service is offered free of charge. Monthly rental payments will be made to the Landlord on receipt from the Tenant in no less than ten (10) days.

Renewals

In order to safeguard the Landlord’s interest a letter should be sent to the tenant two months prior to the termination of the tenancy agreement, enquiring as to the tenants' intentions, either to renew the tenancy agreement or vacate the property on termination.

Insurance claims

At the Landlord’s request insurance claims will be followed up.
