Tigné South is Malta’s unique
residential development that will redefine luxury living, combining the
design of renowned Italian design firm Pininfarina, with a truly distinctive
and Mediterranean character.
Forming part of the Tigné Point Development, Tigné South will eventually
encompass 192 residences in all – construction of the first phase of luxury
apartments is already underway. The first 8 blocks are referred to with the
working title T4 (front and back) to T7. These are situated on the south bank
of the peninsula and comprise a total of 141 apartments. These are made up of
12 penthouses, 10 duplexes, 9 five-bedroom, 29 four-bedroom, 56 three-bedroom
and 25 two-bedroom apartments. Each of the residential blocks is served by
its own underlying car park. All of these will enjoy an unparalleled location
on a peninsula and most will command spectacular views of Sliema Creek and
the exclusive backdrop of the historic bastions and Manoel Island.
In every way, this exclusive development has been designed to achieve a
perfect balance of living and leisure, from the expansive panorama of
breath-taking views, which the terraces have been designed to maximize, down
to the smallest details that embellishes every individual residence.
Each individual and truly unique apartment will be finished to the highest
exacting standards to provide the ultimate living environment. Contemporary
architectural and forward-looking design combined with a sense of place and
context to create an ambiance that is unequalled.
An underlying car park, which services the whole development, ensures a
pleasant, safe and fully pedestrian environment.
Rich and evocative landscaping will form the heart of Tigné South, blending
exclusivity with functionality. Private gardens and separate entrances will
provide tranquillity and privacy whilst incorporating all the comforts of
communal dwelling.
Streets around the apartment blocks have been designed to be sunny in winter
and shady during the summer months, thanks to extensive studies on natural
acclimatization and its impact on individual residences.
To make the most of the location, visual links between the nearby vibrant
Plaza and the surrounding seascape, that gives Tigné its unique character,
are accentuated.
Public and private pathways and access points have been discreetly separated
from each other, providing security and exclusivity without unduly isolating
the residences from the rest of Tigné Point and the rest of the development’s
attractions. A sports club with full amenities and a clubhouse will also be
linked to the Tigné South development.
